Is there a person on staff at the house during our stay?

A:

No, the retreat is self-hosted, so you will have the house to yourself. However, we are with-in 20 minutes of the property and can assist during urgent matters.

Q:

What kind of payment is accepted?

A:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. A payment link will be provided in your reservation email. Please contact us for other payment methods.

Q:

When is payment due?

A:

We require a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your check-in date.

Q:

What is your cancellation policy?

A:

You have the option to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your check-in date without forfeiting your deposit. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date, we will reimburse you half of your deposit. If the cancellation happens outside this timeframe, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Q:

Does the retreat include Wi-Fi?

A:

Yes. Login information will be provided upon arrival.

Q:

Does the retreat have sufficient parking?

A:

Yes. The driveway and parking pads can accommodate up to 6 cars. Overflow parking can use the nearby Kroger parking lot (10 minute walk). There is no parking on Wolfangel.

Q:

Are sewing machines provided?

A:

We have a spare Viking machine that is available upon request.

Q:

Can I rent the house for other types of crafting retreats?

A:

Yes, the retreat is available to rent for any group crafting events. However, we are primarily set up for quilters.
