1. Retreat use is meant only as a crafting retreat
2. Please do not use the fireplace
3. No pets
4. No parties, events, or gatherings outside of the required use (quilting, knitting, crafting)
5. No smoking in the home or within 50 feet of the home
6. Parking available in the driveway only. No street parking
7. Vehicles are not to back out onto Wolfangel Road. The marked turnaround space should be utilized
8. Must be 25 or older to book a reservation
9. No unregistered guests allowed

Expectations

1. It is expected that the occupants will respect the noise curfew of the neighborhood 11pm to 7am. We recommend further that occupants observe reduced noise between 9pm and 9am.
2. It is expected that occupants will respect the neighbors and neighborhood. Any reports of rude behavior to neighbors will result in a cancellation of current and future reservations.
3. All dirty dishes need to be placed in the dishwasher and run at check-out.
