Deadlines
To secure your reservation, a 20% deposit must be paid within 7 days of the initial booking date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before your check-in date. Alternative payment arrangements can be made upon request.
Payment Methods
You can make online payments using either the Stripe (credit card processor) or Venmo platforms, or opt for payment by check through the mail. Please include your preferred payment method in the details section of your submission.
Upon receiving your booking request, a secure payment link for transactions via Stripe or Venmo will be provided. Payments can be made individually by each member of your party or collectively as a group.
For payments by mail, please include the dates of your stay and the primary contact name of your group in the memo line.
Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your check-in date without forfeiting your deposit. For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date, we will reimburse you half of your deposit. If the cancellation happens outside this timeframe, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
